List of Participating Artists

Rita Me Donagh
Born in Dublin, she is a self-taught artist working in oils on canvas. Her work includes many commissions often depicting the wild countryside of Roscommon.

Robert Attenbury
Trained at the Salford and Shrewsbury Schools of Art and Aston University, he subsequently taught art for 25 years in England. Skilled in many types of media, he specialises in landscapes of the West of Ireland.

Marita Molony O'Flanagan
A Clare born artist living in county Roscommon where she taught for 8 years. She Paints in acrylic, pastel, pen and ink. Her work is stylised and impressionistic at times and comes from a long line of artists.

Rob Steinke
Trained master saddler and harness maker, his work now includes writing and illustrating books, photography and watercolours. Subjects tend towards the Celtic countryside of Wales, Brittany and the West of Ireland.

Alan Casey
Painter illustrator, writer and wood carver, Alan's art work journeys the spectrum from photo-realism to the most abstract and surreal.

Jenny Jeffery
Light and atmosphere have played a great part in Jenny's development as a water-colourist. Recently spiritual/soul aspects of self are increasingly evident in her work.

Claire Attenbury
After successfully completing a BA Hon. in fine print making, she has developed an extraordinary talent and enthusiasm for glass painting basing her designs on natural forms.

Pádraig Naughton
A tactile and visual artist working in ceramics and charcoal. Pádraig is exhibiting landscape drawings in charcoal on coloured paper, which express the contrast between light and dark he sees in his environment.

Siobhan Carlos
Based in her home studio at Strokestown, Siobhan is at present attending an Art & Design course at GMIT. She has had three solo exhibitions and her work is held in collections world-wide. Her love of colour visually shows through in her work, vibrant and energetic.
